If you can tear yourself away from Vejer, head down to Cadiz, spend a little time in the central market before grabbing some lunch in the Barrio de la Vina. We highly recommend Taberna Casa Manteca. Both traditional and hip, the restaurant has great food, great service and lively, friendly atmosphere. We spent a great Sunday lunch here. But arrive early; it's a popular hangout with the locals and tables are snapped up.
